As a member of the American Gem Society, Alan completes annual exams in order to continue to be well informed of all current trends and technological advances.

Matthew graduated from University of Delaware in 2009 with a degree in Finance. He is currently studying at the Gemological Institute of America to become a gemologist.

I had such a great experience at this jewelry store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Absolutely the best! We saw a great ring somewhere else. Was incredibly overpriced. Alan off a picture built the exact item for me. Fisher Diamonds because of their reliable reputation. At first I was skeptical because I live in MA and the business is in NJ. But, after comparing with my local jewelers, I found Alan to be the only professional who strived to understand my preferences, giving me a variety of impeccable options, upgraded my diamond quality and not having to pull a dollar out of my purse! The process was incredibly seamless and I never had to leave my house. Plus…A.H. Fisher Diamonds is recognized by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) – a big deal in the diamond and gemstone world. My ring is more perfect than I could have imagined.

After losing my diamond out of my engagement ring, our insurance company recommended A.H. Fisher in Red Bank, NJ. The owner Alan went above and beyond for us by staying open an hour late to accommodate us. He was really helpful picking out the perfect stone and band. He had it ready on the day he said he would, and even delivered it to our home on a Friday night! He is a really nice guy, and I would recommend him to my family and friends! I cannot say enough good things about Alan Fisher and Claimlink. I met Alan through an unfortunate experience with another jeweler who damaged the center stone of my engagement ring. She refused to do anything about it and I was told that it would be very hard to prove in court. Needless to say I was devastated. My insurance company recommended Alan Fisher/Claimlink. However, I did go to several other jewelers so that I could compare, including a reputable establishment on 47th Street, NYC (the diamond district). No one's diamonds compared to what Alan showed me. He really listened to me and had exactly what I was looking for when I went for my appointment. My center stone is now better than the original! I picked up my ring today and it is absolutely gorgeous. It looks brand new and the center stone is spectacular! Thank you so much Alan, you are now my only jeweler and I will recommend you to everyone I know!!!!!

The shipping and repairs went through in a very timely fashion. I was just all around very impressed by the service and quality work that had been done. My wife was very happy with her ring when she received it. We all know happy wife, happy life.
